Constucted in situ at Lagrange-geostationary orbits L4 or L5, or other suitable locations, above the Earths surface. The location to be duly named the..

 

BIGhart  SCULPTURE FOUNDATION SPACEPARK. 

 

 For visiting artists, plans for the constuction of BIGhart Foundation Space-Station Workshop are underway, where short, in-house residences are offered for sculpture construction and installation purposes. The Workshops are fully staffed and equipped with latest state of the art tools, equipment and machinary.

  Consisting of 100 specially commisioned full-size, light-weight, alumimium-alloy Guitars, the structure will be formed in the shape of a gently flowing tidal river wave replicating the Mersey~Sound~Wave as exhibited on Earth in 2010.

 

The G~S~W Art Installation is to be placed in close viewing proximity of passing Space Craft as a route marker for missions to and from the International Space Station.

 

 The G~S~W Art Installation is intended to be an image of musical  attraction for both working and tourist astronauts and any other such travel weary aliens with nothing else better to do.

 

 

Each Guitar will be specially inscribed with a short personal message (25 Words) containing at least one or all of the following words - Welcome. Piece. Love. Happiness - followed by the Guitars owners signature(s) and date of commission.

 

 Guitar owners will fund the  costs of the design, manufacture, packaging, 

transportation, placement and installation of each individual Guitar.

 

On behalf of the Guitar owners, NEWLIINE..UK will arrange the above with either ESA, NASA, VIRGIN etc at competitive market rates at circa 2010 market prices

 

The total package is likely to be in the region of

$750, 000 per guitar plus local tax tariffs/VAT etc.

 

Applications are invited from individuals,  organisations and sponsors interested in commisioning a guitar for submission to the E~O~S~W.
